YORKSHIRE WILLOW

We are growers of small stocks of willow for

 Basket Making and Living Structures.

We aim to provide good quality rods at a reasonable price.

We started growing willow to provide early spring pollen for our bees and found that willow lends itself to providing a quick growing windbreak as a living willow fedge.

Willow offers a fun way of making play items such as domes and tunnels for children.

Having studied the uses of the wood, we found it a good source of hedging and support for terracing.

A bed of mixed varieties provides a very decorative feature and is wildlife friendly.

We are still planting different varieties for their colours.
